Mr. Masking
Gerardo Picado, a.k.a “Mr. Masking”, was a self-instructed sign painter (un)known for his very unique use of masking tape to create his letterforms. Without knowing it, over the span of 35 years, Mr. Masking slowly created a font, his font, which then became the font of a city.
